Sales Development Representatives (FT & PT Job Openings)

Perlow Productions is searching for competitive hunter/prospectors and creators of new outbound leads as Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) for our Marlton, NJ-based corporate video production, animation & virtual event live-streaming company. We are open to remote/virtual candidates located outside of our area. We offer a flexible work schedule for those located closer to our Marlton, NJ offices, including working from home. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

The right person for this role has an outgoing personality, is comfortable speaking with anyone, and enjoys putting themselves and Perlow Productions “out there” via social media. You have a passion for sales, look at a “no” as an opportunity and a challenge and are never satisfied with your latest success.

The focus of this role is outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting. If you know how to dig, hunt, search and network for new business and get in the door with potential clients, you are the person we’re looking for! This is a unique opportunity to work with and be mentored by company President Mike Perlow and take on a lead role in Perlow Productions’ ongoing growth. You will have the opportunity to wear “lots of hats” as part of the team.

Duties will include:
● Outbound prospecting/cold calling
● “Hunting” for new business prospects
● Researching industries and potential clients
● Making initial cold calls/emails to prospects
● Scheduling meetings with potential clients
● Attending regional business networking events

Qualifications:
●  Previous hunting/prospecting/sales & business development experience
● Highly outgoing personality
● Viewing “no” as a challenge and an opportunity
● Technology & social media savvy
● Professional and effective presentation skills
● Strong organization, written/oral communication skills
● Previous experience in Digital Media/Content Marketing/Video Production is a plus but not required.

This position includes a competitive base salary, the opportunity for monthly performance-based bonuses, and aggressive sales commission.
