Perlow Productions partnered with East Coast Power & Gas to create this entertaining animated explainer video. We created an original character and all animation for this “What is Energy DeRegulation?” video. Perlow Productions also handled concept creation & script writing, voice-over talent and full post-production for the first of two animated videos we created for this regional utility company.
