Help Wanted. Mission Accomplished!
ZT Systems, a leading provider of complex compute, storage, and accelerator solutions for the world’s leading cloud and telecom service providers, wanted to up their HR/recruiting efforts with an employer branding video. They even shared their competitors’ videos with us, with the directive from upper management that “we need to make sure our videos are better”.
The Process
Armed with the knowledge we gained during proposal phase discussions, we dove deeper into ZT System’s goals and key messaging around their employee recruiting efforts. Breathtaking aerial shots were a key feature they loved about our work and wanted in their video. Our three days of production included capturing executive and employee interviews and powerful footage of ZT Systems’ Secaucus, New Jersey based manufacturing facilities and headquarters.
The Results
A video everyone from the executive team on down loved so much they also use it as a Company Overview video they share with potential customers.
