Position Overview
This is an opportunity for you to step up your sales/business development career without having to wait another 2-3 years at your current company. Perlow Productions is a company where you can make a big impact! The position includes a base salary of $60k and on target total earnings of $150k+ in your first year, with an aggressive sales commission program and PTO.
The right person for this role is extroverted, just like many of our clients, and is active on social media. But the best candidate is also solutions-driven, takes initiative, extremely ethical, makes it happen every day, and gets results! You’re blowing away the sales quota at your current job and ready for your next big opportunity. We offer a flexible work schedule for those located closer to our Marlton, NJ offices, including working from home.
The focus of this role is outbound prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, building relationships and ultimately winning new business. If you know how to search and network for new opportunities and get in the door with potential clients, you are the person we’re looking for! This is a unique opportunity to work with and be mentored by company President Mike Perlow and take on a lead role in Perlow Productions’ ongoing growth.

Duties will include
● Winning new business
● Outbound prospecting/cold calling/emailing
● Researching new business prospects
● Scheduling meetings with potential clients
● Attending regional business networking events
Qualifications
● 1 year B2B prospecting/sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
● Extroverted personality with initiative & resilience
● Viewing “no” as a challenge and an opportunity
● Experienced with Solutions Selling
● Money motivated
● Professional and effective presentation skills
● Strong organizational, written/oral communication skills
● Previous experience in advertising sales is a plus but not required.
