The right person for this role has an outgoing personality, is comfortable speaking with anyone, and enjoys putting themselves and Perlow Productions “out there” via social media. You’re blowing away the sales quota at your current job and ready for your next big opportunity. Our goal is to groom this person into a quota-carrying Director of Sales.

The focus of this role is outbound prospecting & cold calling. If you know how to dig, hunt, search and network for new business and get in the door with potential clients, you are the person we’re looking for! This is a unique opportunity to work with and be mentored by company President Mike Perlow and take on a lead role in Perlow Productions’ ongoing growth. You will have the opportunity to wear “lots of hats” as part of the team. For the right candidate, we can offer a flexible work schedule including options to work from home on some days. Duties will include:
● Outbound prospecting/cold calling
● “Hunting” for new business prospects
● Researching industries and potential clients
● Making initial cold calls/emails to prospects
● Scheduling meetings with potential clients
● Attending regional business networking events

● 2-4 years B2B hunting/prospecting/sales & business development experience with
a proven record of exceeding targets
● Highly outgoing personality
● Viewing “no” as a challenge and an opportunity
● Technology & social media savvy
● Professional and effective presentation skills
● Strong organization, written/oral communication skills
● Previous experience in Media/Content Marketing/Video Production sales/business
development is a plus but not required.

This position includes PTO, a competitive base salary, the opportunity for monthly performance-based bonuses and aggressive sales commission, and OTE $100k-plus in your first year.
